I'm not pleased about the alltel/Verizon merger. Not one bit. I was always very happy with alltel, I've had phone service with them since 7th grade! And sure, Verizon isn't all that bad either, but I never had a problem with my service, even when Verizon customers did. I know nothing should change and I still get my circle and a million more people I can call for free... So we'll see if everything stays the same. I just don't like it. I'm not a huge fan of change.
The government is slowly stripping our freedom away. What I don't understand the most, is why Christians are always set apart in a dark light? We were founded as a Christian nation whether the rest of the world likes it or not. The settlers left Europe to gain freedom from their religious governments. That's what our freedom is all about. Sure we're a melting pot, but our core is Christian. If the others don't like it, then they should do what our founders did... Find somewhere else and declare it one nation under _______. Whatever they want.
Matt's computer broke. Something just isn't working and unfortunately, we're not positive what it is. So there's another hundred or so dollars going towards toys for him. Did I mention we replaced the PS3? And now the computer is broken. And he's going crazy. Money. Poo.
I made lemon chicken and rice last night. And baked potatoes because I was craving them. It was a huge meal! And we still have 2.5 chicken breasts with rice leftover. I sure enjoy trying out new recipes!
I bought a new shirt while I was home. I washed it. It comes out all nubby and looking worn. After one wash! This also happened to a dress on mine. It makes me very angry. I'm going to try to smooth out the nubs but I'm not hopeful. It's discouraging. At least my mom bought it for me and I didn't waste my money on it. I'll still wear it but it looks years old when it's brand new.
Emily is being annoying. She must be hungry or lonely or something. I better go pay attention to her.
Cheers.
