A "brief" picture overview of our trip home. All the highlights. There will be several more pictures on facebook. But here are a few of my favorites.

The kitten didn't enjoy the trip up very much. 13 hours in the car is a lot for a kitten! She hid behind me most of the time.

Jon and Andrea's wedding! Pictures at Calvin college.

We were at the church at 11:30 to help with last minute details and for pictures. The wedding didn't start until 5:30. Yup, it was a long day.

Husband and Wife in the limo after the ceremony!

Sassy bridal party. See the one on the far left? Yup, he's mine!

Best Man's toast.

First Jon was our best man last year, now Matt was his.

Our anniversary dance. Andrea is so thoughtful.

I just really like this picture.

Two very happy couples!

My fabulous new black coach purse!

One of our visits to Emily. She stayed with my sister and nephews. She hid in the basement most of the time. When we would visit she would come immediately when she heard our voices and wouldn't stop purring the entire time.

Our 1 Year Anniversary. We went to lunch at Chili's which we don't have in Lynchburg. We went and saw Up- adorable. We visited Emily. And then we got all dressed up and went to the Blue Water Grill. We planned on going to Red's on the River but it was closed.

Happy to be inside at Blue Water! We were seated outside because we thought it was nice enough and there was a wait for inside... but there was a terrible breeze! We were freezing!

So much for no presents! Matthew got me a beautiful diamond journey necklace!

Opening up our anniversary cake! It was our groom's cake from the wedding.

Emily found a safe place for the car ride home! Little kitty sleeping bag!

Then she decided she wanted to see what was going on outside.

And those were the highlights of our trip home. Of course, we saw friends and family also. I thought there were quite enough pictures for one post.

It is nice being home again. I miss Michigan, but Lynchburg is a pretty nice alternative, I suppose.
