Ugh. I've been looking for a stand alone coat rack for about 2 weeks. None anywhere. Tomorrow Matt and I are going a few more places but I'm losing hope. I cleared a perfect space beside our front door and was hoping to have it ready for when the in-laws arrive. Oh well.

I'm beginning to feel a bit under the weather. My stomach has been upset most of today. Now is definitely not the time to get the flu. I hate being sick around the holidays. I just need to drink lots of fluids, get plenty of rest, and not over exert myself. Should be easy since I don't have to work for two weeks! (that deserves a wahoo!)

I have read through all my books and am starting to get bored. I have a list of over a hundred books I really want and another list of books I feel I should add to my library. But no money for books when there are other things to buy. Like coat racks. I hope my mom sends me some books. She knows how bored I've been.

Emily kitty is so sweet. She loves sleeping on our pillows right by our heads. Sometimes on our heads! I really don't think we could have asked for a better pet. I hope she does well when we get our German shepherds and start popping out the babies! She seems kinda feisty. I just don't imagine her sharing her space well. Maybe we'll get her a kitten to play with once she's older to see how she does. Yes, I really do think that far into the future.

I'm not feeling well. And I'm awake for some reason. I am very tired but I wanted to wait for Matt to come to bed. He doesn't have to work tomorrow and he's on the computer. He won't be coming to bed for another few hours. I'm not waiting up.
