Last night... pretty much the most amazing night ever! Jr. Sr. 2007: Magical Masquerade.

We took off to Hotel Roanoke. Had great food, great entertainment, and excellent times. And I had the handsome-ist date of all. Yes, it IS true. I'll line up every gentleman there for you to judge if need be. :)

I have the best of friends. The best of boyfriends. The best of attires. And of course, the best of accessories! It's all about the accessories! Especially the tall brown eyed on I tote around at my elbow! :)

My look: glamour. red carpet. golden globes. stunning. dazzling.

He said I accomplished all that and more. And that's why he's my favorite ever!

He bought me a beautiful bouquet of red roses and white daisies. Mmm. I think he might have created a new favorite for me. :) Flowers definitely hit the spot. :) For future reference!

We took handfuls of pictures... of course! What else do you do at these functions? This one over here <<< is my favorite. :) The idea was to do the "liberty version" of that famous shot of the sailor coming back from the war. Ya know, the kiss with his sweetheart back home. This dip isn't quite as dramatic as that one, but it does the trick. And of course, no smooching at Liberty. Bummer dude.

After the hub bub was done, Matthew and I took off to the show. What show, might you ask? What else??? SPIDERMAN 3. Now, me being more of a Batman kind of girl, I liked the film just as much as the others. I might have even liked it the best. I'm not a huge Tobey fan. Topher on the other hand... I bought Tad Hamilton just for Topher. Not great acting represented... but he's a fox. So I liked that little aspect right there. And it ends happily. And all the characters come together! That's exactly what disappointed Matt. "It's not like the comic books at all!" But it still got his overall approval. I liked it anyhow.

Sidenote: speaking of movies. This summer is going to be the summer for movies. Pirates. Oceans. Potter. Shrek. And those are just the beginning! Good. I've missed good cinema! I sound like a nerd, I know... but lately hollywood just hasn't been doing it for me. Which is definitely not a bad thing, I suppose. But movies are fun to go to with friends. Just something different. :) And a little self-disclosure, I'm super super stoked for the new Harry Potter movie and even more stoked for the new book! Yup, I'm a huge fan. Not even ashamed of it!

Have I mentioned how much I love my boyfriend? No? Shame on me. Well, I do. More than any other before me. Not just Matthew, but any boyfriend ever in the history of the world. Because he's pretty much amazing. And no, you won't ever completely understand it. Sorry, it's for me... not you. I totally wish you could see him the way I do. Know him the way do. Understand him the way I do. And I wish he would treat you the way he treats me. Maybe then you'd understand just a little bit. But at the same time, I wouldn't ever want to share him with any of you. Because he's mine! And I'm just that lucky!

Exciting things are bound to happen this summer. I'm looking forward to it. But before summer truly begins... at least summer vacation... comes finals! And before finals... comes J.Crew training. Which begins... TOMORROW! 6-12 Monday through Friday and 12-8:30 on Saturday. Then nesting the following week... yes, the same week as finals. Busy busy busy. But it'll sure be an amazing paycheck! And I'm so excited to move on from this semester. It's been great and all... but classes... urg.

So... when summer begins... I'll keep you updated!
