Just another day of sending out more resumes, applications, and addendums. Yes, the job search is ever draining on my patience and confidence. I am blessed to have a husband with a good job and pretty stable job security. He makes enough to pay our bills and all our extra expenditures we frivolously are accustomed to. I am also blessed to have a job for the next school year if nothing else turns up. I need to keep that as my focus as interviews go sour, I don't get a call back, or the job is no longer available. It is awfully frustrating though. I'll be glad once I'm a stay at home wife and mother and no longer have to worry about finding a job (hopefully). Of course, I'll have all kinds of other concerns then I suppose. Safety and happiness, just to name a couple.

The long wait is almost over! Tomorrow Matt gets paid and we're going to go grocery crazy! I don't like sucking our bank account dry so I've been managing on what we had left in the cupboards and fridge for the past two weeks. It was nice to go visit Jon and Andrea. They kept us well fed and we had an excuse to go out to eat. (Of course, we went to Subway yesterday and bought sandwiches at Kroger today... oh well) But now the time for scrimping has come to and end! I have high plans for our meals for the next two weeks! And we will have snacks and fruit galore! I am a firm believer in fruits! And it is prime fruit season! Woot. It will be a good day tomorrow when we go to the store. I have been pleased with our ability to manage our money. Hopefully our electronics won't need replacing a third time in the near future. At least my computer didn't crash also. That would've put us in a real pickle.

My family all went to Michigan's Adventure for the boys' birthdays. (All my nephews have birthdays in the first two weeks of July) I'm jealous. It would have been so fun to go with all of them. Oh well. We're still planning another big Cedar Point trip! We thought about this summer but it just didn't seem possible. So maybe next summer? Hopefully before I get pregnant or have a baby. Babies make amusement parks so much more complicated and less fun. Of course, that's what Grammy is for! She doesn't like rides but loves taking the kids to the Snoopy Park!

We're having tacos for dinner. Delicious. And I just so happened to have all the ingredients for a delicious feast. I am so excited.

We watched a baby bird getting fed by it's mother outside Matt's bedside window this morning. It was quite cute! Emily was pretty interested too! The baby bird took no notice of us or the cat, but the momma bird squawked a little at us!

The end.
