A few good stories. At least I think they're good. If you don't, well I don't really care! Which is why I disabled my comments in the first place. Genius on bloggers part. Anyways...

This morning I had a rather interesting dream. A very specific person from my past, male to be unnamed but I'm guessing several of you readers could guess who in three guesses or less-naw, in one guess!, and I were hanging out. Nothing special. Now, in the dream I had kissed two other very specific males from my past... Which never happened as the only male I've ever kissed has been my husband. So me and male number one are hanging out, watching a movie in my parents bedroom. Question mark number one. But my friends and I spent a lot of time in there anyways since they had the big flatscreen in there. So not that big of a question mark. The movie ends. We flirt a little, apparently we are on a date but not dating. Or something stupid and high school like that. Now we both have had feelings for each other for awhile but weren't sure if we would make a good couple due to our friendship. You know how that works? Well, he acts like he's going to kiss me. I laugh and get up to go to the kitchen. (random flashback! The time Abby and I were in the basement watching some mary Kate and Ashley movie and a group of some of the best boys ever came over randomly and serenaded is from my garage. Of course, we were so engrossed in the film we didn't know they were there until they came down the steps all armed with drinks from the fridge! My friends were very comfortable at my house. Flashback over.) but male number one doesn't like this idea. He sits up and is like, "hey! We've wasted enough time. We need to settle this thing once and for all. So kiss me." yeah, blunt. I say I'm not kissing him tonight and he starts to whine. Which is completely out of character for male number one. Anyways, eventually I kiss him to shut him up. It's much like when Joey and Rachel try to get intimate for the first time on Friends. It was just all wrong! His lips were all cracked and not appealing. There were no butterflies or tinglies. It wasn't romantic. We were both aggravated with each other. It was horrible. He said so and so we tried again. This time trying to romance things up. But I pull away saying I'm just not interested and thinking about Matt. (slight loyalty, I mean, I did just dream kiss another guy...) at this point, previously mentioned males two and three enter the room and it didn't end well. Random. But funny story! Of course, today I pulled out my old yearbooks and relived some old memories. In the end, I'm so glad I saved my first kiss for Matthew. It makes it so much better.

Story number two. I ran home quickly after work to freshen up for the teachers luncheon at the country club. I walk down the drive to my car and squeal and jump back like I saw a spider (you all know the squeal, it's very specific). It was in fact, a turtle! I should be posting this on my computer so I could upload pictures to go along with this story. Oh well. Too late now. So I run back inside and drag Matthew out to see it! We get a kick out of the little guy. He didn't like being picked up much and tried scratching at Matt with his surprisingly long claws and stuck his head all the way backwards to try and bite him. We debated introducing him to Emily but I feared they'd harm each other. We took him across the road so he didn't get hit by a car and let him go in the grass. So random! I wonder where he came from. I've never seen a turtle around our house.

Story number three. I let the dog out at the nanny house... And she immediately chased and caught a baby bird! I made her drop it but the poor thing was stunned. There was a little blood on it's wing but the body looked in tact. Of course, her little bones could be crushed, I don't know much about birds. I was very distraught though. The bird was so cute and tiny. It let me hold it and stroke it. I didn't know which nest it came from so I left it on the side of the yard. I hope it flew off later. Or the mommy bird found it. We kept the dog out of the back yard after that. It will make me a sad if I find a dead baby bird body the next time I go there. I wanted to take it home to nurse to health, but I knew Emily would go crazy.

Story number four. Emily is sleeping on the bed with me next to my feet. She's all sprawled out instead of being in a best ball. Her paws keep twitching and a few times her head has popped up with her eyes closed only to fall back down a few moments later! She's such a sweet kitten.

I'm dead tired. Bed time.
