Can I just say we have the best kitty in the world? I have always been a cat person since dogs annoy me, but seriously, this cat is so amazing. She has such a sweet disposition and is super playful. Now that it's colder she will burrow her head into our covers until we lift them up so she can crawl in. She then curls up next to us and settles in for a warm nap. She found one of her catnip mice from Christmas today so she got all excited and rambunctious. But now she's tired out and lying on the bed at my feet all tuckered out. Adorable. I am so thankful for her. Kitties make everything better, in my humble opinion.

The conference went well this morning. I was much more alert that I expected for having woken up before 7 on a Saturday. We got these amazing mugs as gifts. I love mugs for my tea! I am looking forward to having the morning off on Monday to make up for this morning. I have to nanny that night until 8:30 though. Not looking forward to that. But we're going roller skating so that could be fun. I might just read a book.

I just won an eBay auction. I just love/hate eBay. It makes my stomach all bunched up and I get so competitive! And I get so upset if I don't win. I usually take a break after I win something I really like, so I should be set for awhile. Yay. It's so happy when you win your auction. A few hours ago I upped my highest bid just in case someone tried to outbid me at the last minute. Good thing, I checked 10 minutes before the auction ended and it below my original high bid, but at the end it went up to right past that but still lower than my new high bid. So yay! I would have been upset if I missed it by just a little at the last minute.

Ok. I'm happy now.
