Life is beautiful

Well, I feel like my day has already been spent. I woke up at 630 in the am to go play in the church nursury for a few hours. It was more interesting this time. Jodi, who also works at the day school with me, was working in there with me this morning. It was nice to have someone to talk to. Last time I worked in there the other caregiver had a book to read for class so not much talking happened. It was pretty fun today. Except we had one poppy pants incident with no clean underwear or clothes. But we made due. At least we were in the school where there are lots of spare clothes for the borrowing. Besides that, it was a fun morning. It's an easy 60$ that I wouldn't otherwise have.

So here I sit, watching some Gilmore Girls, relaxing for a bit after work. And of course, the kitten is close by. I'm making a roast for dinner and it smells yummy. I just love my crock pot. I need to get a crock pot cook book to make good use of it. Yum.

My house is clean. My laundry is done. I have worked out almost every day this past week. I have one week left of work before a two week Christmas break. Then Matt's family will be in town for a nice visit. I am re-reading Lewis' space trilogy. Pretty much life is wonderful right now. Matt should be home soon and we will finish up our wonderful weekend.

Life is beautiful.
