It's almost the New Year! Yay! I am so excited for 2009! I have high hopes for 2009. I have been doing a lot of thinking, and I really don't think I could be any happier at this point in my life. I am married to an amazing man who is everything I have ever wanted or needed in a husband. We both have great jobs that interest us. We have zero debt in our life. We have amazing families. We have an adorable home and the most wonderful kitten. Basically, we have a wonderful life together and I couldn't be happier. We are just so blessed. I continue to be amazed at God's blessings in our life. We are so undeserving.

Matthew wants to move back to Michigan as soon as possible. He misses home and family. I must admit, I miss good old Michigan as well. I think by the time we're ready to pick up and move for Grad School we'll limit our options to Michigan schools. That takes Binghamton, VA Tech, and UVA out of the running. We do have a few good options in Michigan... so hopefully we'll find something Matt will be happy with. Ugh~ moving will stress me I think. At least it won't be for awhile yet. For now, I'm happy in Virginia. It is a pain having to be apart from family, but we'll soon be home again.

It was a great Christmas. This week Matt works Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during the day. So we have those evenings together and all day Thursday and Friday together! It will be such a great week. So excited. We have big plans. Tonight we're going out to pick up a few home needs, browse Barnes and Noble for some new books for me, pay off our TV, get some delicious dinner, and pick up Prince Caspian for a good evening in! And today is just Monday. This week is going to be amazing.
