I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength
But sometimes I wonder what he can do thorugh me
No great success to show no glory on my own
Yet in my weakness he is there to let me know

His strength is perfect when our strength is gone
He'll carry is when we can't carry on
Raised in his power the weak become strong
His strength is perfect
His strength is perfect

We can only know the power that he holds
When we truly see how deep our weakness goes
His strength in us begins where our comes to an end
He hears our humble cry and proves again

His strength is perfect when our strength is gone
He'll carry us when we can't carry on
Raised in his power the weak become strong
His strength is perfect
His strength is perfect

His strength is perfect when our strength is gone
He'll carry us when we can't carry on
Raised in his power the weak become strong
His strength is perfect
His strength is perfect (Ah-)
Raised in his power the weak become strong
Become Strong
Oh-

I found myself singing that song as I drove from Matt's back to the dorm late last night. The tears came once again. Not only for all the memories, but also for the realization that this song means so much more than just words hummed along with a few musical notes here and there. This song is what I have been stuggling with. This song is my life theme. This is the key to all I've been searching for.

Back to those memories, it makes me think of a time only 2 years ago. We were all sitting around in four circles trying to memorize our parts. We sang this song over and over again, but we never tired of it. The laughs. The fun times. The miraculous happenings. I sure do miss it.

And then another memory. Quite a different one. All of these revolving around this one song.
I miss you, Mel.

Old friends. Never forget. And never let too much time or space separate.
