The wedding album arrived! It is beautiful. A couple of the pictures aren't the clearest, but that might have been my fault. But the basic essence of the picture is still there anyways. It is so nice to have all my pictures together in one place and displayed in an orderly fashion. The pages that are all one giant blown up picture turned out the best. The book is a lot slimmer than I imagined, but it still looks great. And as long as all the pages are there I'm good!
I went to a bridal shower for a friend at work this afternoon. It was a lot of fun! It's nice seeing the girls outside of work for a change. And since all the rest of us are already married a lot of married girl talk was going on. Very refreshing since my other friends really don't want to talk about married life yet. It'll change once they all get married or engaged, but it was so much fun talking with other married women. Hopefully Matt and I can find a church with a young couples class or bible study or something.
I need some new clothes. I know this sounds ridiculous, but hardly any of my clothes really fit. Everything is either too small in the bust but fits everywhere else, or fits perfectly in the bust but is too loose everywhere else. Not exactly flattering. I need to be patient when shopping and buy things that fit and not things I wish fit. It does help that I'm now beginning to shop in the ladies section instead of the teen section. But we don't have a lot of extra money for a new wardrobe for Becca. Well, there's always goodwill!
I have been exhausted this weekend. More so than usual which is kind of worrisome. I sleep entirely too much as it is, but this weekend has been ridiculous. I seriously worry that I'm developing diabetes because of my sleep habits and a couple other symptoms, but my dad and nursing friend assure me that is highly unlikely. I don't know what I'd do if I had to watch my sugar intake. Everything I eat is sugar! Almost.
Speaking of sugar, I'm going to go make a cup of tea. That should help settle my stomach. I haven't felt well all evening and skipped dinner. Nothing like vanilla tea and honey to calm an upset stomach.
